Job description
JOB PURPOSE
To support the Human Resources function through the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of HR data to support decision-making, workforce planning, and process improvement.
DUTIES AND/OR PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple sources.
• Prepare high-level HR reports (Board committee reports, HR committee reports), HR project reports, and dashboards on recruitment, turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics etc.
• Analyze HR trends and provide insights to support workforce decisions.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure timely updates of employee information.
• Support HR projects through data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in tracking recruitment, onboarding data, and training data to measure the effectiveness of HR in contributing to the ROI of the business via training.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee data.
CHALLENGES
• Managing large volumes of HR data while ensuring accuracy
• Meeting reporting timelines and ad-hoc requests.
• Interpreting HR data into actionable insights.
• Ensuring consistency of HR data across reports.
Required profile
Minimum required education level:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Required Experience (Work Field And Number Of Years)
• Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, HR operations, or a related role.
• HR background is not mandatory; however, the ability to understand and interpret HR data is required.
• Experience in the finance industry will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
