On 14th November 2024, Advans Ghana proudly launched the first phase of its AdvansHER Gender Programme, a capacity-building initiative aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs. This impactful program is made possible through a partnership with Development Bank Ghana (DBG).

In this inaugural session, we trained 50 women entrepreneurs, equipping them with essential skills in:

✅ Business Formalization

✅ Record Keeping

✅ Digital Marketing Strategies

To ensure these entrepreneurs could immediately apply their knowledge, each participant received a comprehensive toolkit designed to strengthen and expand their businesses.

Our vision: To empower 200 women-led SMEs, providing them with the skills and resources needed to grow, innovate, and lead in their industries.
