MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ACTIVITIES
• Oversee the Management Control Function
• Contribute to defining the strategic directions of Advans Ghana in collaboration with General Management.
• Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, providing recommendations to operational departments for necessary adjustments.
• Optimize costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Implement dashboards and monitoring indicators.
• Track the financial and operational performance of Advans Ghana.
Budget and Forecast Management
• Organize the budgeting process and ensure coordination between the various departments and divisions.
• Review and consolidate budgets to establish a reliable overall budget.
• Monitor actual performance against the budget and propose adjustments to General Management if necessary.
Development and Production of Reports
• Design and produce monthly operational reports to monitor performance and facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure data reliability while optimizing its presentation.
