Job description

What will your role be?
The Coordinator, Management Control and Reporting, provides key indicators for the company’s strategic and operational management. He/she plays a strategic role in designing and producing reports, developing strategic directions and budgets, analyzing variances, and proposing optimization plans.

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MAIN MISSIONS
• Oversight of the Management Control Function
• Budget and Forecast Management
• Design and Production of Reports
• Ad hoc analytical works
• Team Management

ACTIVITIES
• Oversee the Management Control Function
• Contribute to defining the strategic directions of Advans Ghana in collaboration with General Management.
• Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, providing recommendations to operational departments for necessary adjustments.
• Optimize costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Implement dashboards and monitoring indicators.
• Track the financial and operational performance of Advans Ghana.

Budget and Forecast Management

• Organize the budgeting process and ensure coordination between the various departments and divisions.
• Review and consolidate budgets to establish a reliable overall budget.
• Monitor actual performance against the budget and propose adjustments to General Management if necessary.

Development and Production of Reports

• Design and produce monthly operational reports to monitor performance and facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure data reliability while optimizing its presentation.

Required profile

You have a:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to data-related work.
