KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Front Desk Management: Receive and attend to visitors, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Call Handling: Manage incoming calls, redirect appropriately, and take accurate messages.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and provide basic information about products and services.
• Administrative Support: Assist with filing, document handling, and general office tasks.
• Mail & Courier Handling: Receive, sort, and dispatch mail and deliveries.
• Appointment Coordination: Support scheduling of meetings and visitor appointments.
• Office Coordination: Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
CHALLENGES
• Managing high volumes of visitors and calls while maintaining professionalism.
• Balancing multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Handling difficult clients while maintaining composure.
Required profile
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum required education level:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Specific Training Required :
• Strategic training in executive-level calendar management, high-stakes communication handling, and comprehensive travel coordination.
Required Experience
• Minimum of over five 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual skills will be an added advantage
• Experience in the Finance Industry will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
