    We value open communication and feedback at different levels, so we organise surveys and open-house sessions to take feedback from all employees from time to time out of which specific actions are defined to improve the working environment

    We invest in the training and orientation of new hires. There is a robust induction plan that is carefully put together and followed till completion. They are assigned experienced staff to assist them learn on the job and assimilate the culture faster

    As part of our initiative, we have a mandatory leave policy which requires all staff to take days of rest up to a minimum of 10 continuous days as part of their annual leave. This is enforced with the aim of improving the health and wellbeing to employees

    We have a strong performance culture backed by a robust learning and development strategy; and we provide a combination of classroom and virtual learning tools for all employees to develop and improve their skills to deliver on their work goals
